Stafford General Hospital
Our second project at Stafford General involved us supplying and installing 98m of frost protection trace heating to the external chilled water and heating pipework on the roof.

Southampton General Hospital 

Within the hospitals Biomedical Research Unit, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to maintain 570m of single DHWS pipework at +60°C.

Merchant Square, Building D - Paddington

The Merchant Square project covers an area almost the size of Soho creating 10,000,000 square feet of space between 6 ultra modern buildings. ESH were contracted to supply frost protection to the sprinkler system within building D. A total of 1500m of type ESRS self limiting heating tape was supplied and installed as well as the 25mm tick mineral wool thermal insulation.

Boots Store - Nottingham
ESH were contracted to design, supply and install both trace heating and thermal insulation to provide frost protection to 3 x 250mm dia, fire mains pipework with 40mm mineral wool insulation with aluminium finish.

Best Buy's - Aintree 
To design, supply and install trace heating to temperature maintain the DHWS at +55°C. 75m of H2OWAT55 was required to complete the system.

M&S Store - Scotsbridge 
Provided frost protection to four runs of copper pipe - BCWS, MWS and MWS flow and return pipework. 70m of type VC constant wattage tape was supplied and installed.
