At this tasty project ESH were contracted to supply materials and labour to install the Trace Heating system to maintain the temperature of the glucose pipework at +55 degrees C. 700m of type VC tape used.

43m of domestic hot water services pipework was installed with H20WAT65 self limiting heating tape, to temperature maintain +65°C. Supply and install.

Rolls Royce - Derby
ESH were contracted to replace the existing trace heating installed on the lime dosing system. Supplied and installed both trace heating and thermal insulation.

Stepan (UK) Ltd - Cheshire 
To design, supply and install trace heating to the repositioned blow head pipework, 6 trace heating circuits each with its own thermostat.

Hope University - Liverpool
Supplied materials and labour to provide frost protection to the LTHW & CT pipework on the roof top area of the university. 220m of type VC constant wattage trace heating tape was required to complete the system.
