Our second project involved ESH carrying out the trace heating to frost protect the steel pipework within the plant room. 100m of type ESRS self regulating heating tape was supplied and installed.
Cabinet Office - London
Within this Cabinet Office address ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to provide frost protection on the chilled water pipework and the ancillary fittings. 105m of type FBT self limiting tape installed onto the steel pipework.
Leighswood Primary School - Aldride
385m of roof mounted LPHW pipework was frost protected using type VC constant wattage trace heating tape. Supply and installed project.
Batemans Salem Bridge Brewery - Skegness
This project for George Bateman & Son Ltd, involved ESH supplying materials and labour to install and commission trace heating and thermal insulation to provide frost protection to both the caustic and waste water pipework.
Barclays Dart Data Centre - Slough
Within this cutting edge data centre, ESH were contracted to supply and install trace heating to perform the duty of providing frost protection to the high water mist pipework located within the loading bay.
Tesco Supermarket - Inverness
The project here was to supply and install a frost protection trace heating system to serve 150m of 76mm carbon steel LTHW heating pipework and 25m of 15mm MCWS pipework, split across two systems.
Seedy Mill WTW - Lichfield
To supply and install a frost protection trace heating system for:
- Approximately 20m of stainless steel sludge inlet pipework associated with two blender tanks
- Two runs of water pipe between the kiosk and the building. These are 5m x 32mm ABS and 2m x50mm ABS pipework in close proximity
