Supplied, installed and commissioned the trace heating and thermal insulation to provide frost protection to the 50mm infill and 150mm suction steel pipework.  

Loftsome Bridge STW - Yorkshire
To design, supply and install the trace heating system and thermal insulation, providing frost protection to 40m of metal pipework.

Designed and supplied 8 x 3.7m USA heater satellite dish heater sets.

Rhodia UK - Oldbury
For this project ESH supplied materials and labour to install and commission a trace heating system to phosphoric acid steel pipework. The pipework ran from the filter area to the external storage tank, approx 35m of 40mm dia pipe, including 12 bends, 7 flanges, 1 reducer and 1 valve.

Silverstone Pit & Paddock Redevelopment 

For this multi-million pound redevelopment, ESH supplied and installed a Trace Heating system to maintain DHWS pipework at 60 degrees C. This project needed just over 1300m of H20WAT65 self limiting tape to complete.

Wall's Ice Cream - Gloucester
ESH supplied type FBTBOJ self limiting heating tape to the Wall's arm of Unilever Ice Cream.
