Supply and install a trace heating system to frost protect approximately 130m of plastic pipe up to 80mm NB.

Neasden Rail Depot

This is the largest depot on the London underground, located between Neasden and Wembley Park stations. Here we supplied and installed a Trace Heating system to provide frost protection on both internal and external chilled water systems. Overall 600m of VCBOJ12/2 was needed.

Our second project at this site involved supplying and installing frost protection trace heating to 160m of 100mm Ø metal pipework.

Roke Manor Research - Romsey

Supplied 18 x custom made IGS heating tapes, each 6 metres in length, rated at 1000watts, 240v.

Baylis Court School - Slough

Supplied materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to the DHWS pipework, in particular the pipe runs associated with the electric water heaters. 32m of pipe was temperature maintained at +55°C using our type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating tape.

Supplied factory terminated heating tapes for easy installation on site.
