Yeovil District Hospital
Scope of work was to design and supply materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to provide frost protection to a total of 231m pipework. The pipework included the external CHW and CWS pipes for the chiller replacement.
Primark Store - Chester
Before this new Primark opened ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system providing frost protection to the following:
- 4 & 2.5" O plastic chiller pipework, 90m
- 15mm O copper mains pipework, 40m
- 2" O steel HTG pipework, 75m
Loreto College - Manchester
ESH were contracted to add additional trace heating to the roof CHW & HTG pipework. 160m of WinterTrace constant wattage trace heating tape was supplied and installed.
Fleetwood WWTW
Supplied and installed 470m of FBT self regulating trace heating tape to provide frost protection to the external plastic pipework.
European Centre For Medium Weather Forecasts - Reading
For this project ESH supplied and installed trace heating to perform the duty of frost protection to the chilled water pipework within the chiller areas.
Dundee Hospital Treatment Unit
Supplied materials and labour to install the trace heating system to maintain the DHWS at a temperature of 55°C. 400m of H2OWAT55 was required within the hospitals new treatment unit.
Abbey Town WWTW
Provided the trace heating system to perform the duty of frost protection to 12m of metal pipework. Supply and install.
