To design, supply materials and labour to install a trace heating system to maintain the 100mm Ø oil pipework at a minimum temperature of +40°C. 160m of SC constant wattage heating tape required.

Toyota Vehicle Manufacturing Plant - Burnaston
Here we supplied and installed a Trace Heating and lagging system to maintain a temperature of up to 30 degrees C. This was installed on two liquid adhesive pipe systems within the manufacturing plant.

Stepan (UK) Ltd - Cheshire
Supplied materials and labour to install: 

• A frost protection system to the diesel pump cooling water organics pipework, the olium shower line, DMS shower line
• A temperature maintenance system of +70C to the caustic to manifold line and the esterquat pipework (Hazardous Area) 

320m of pipework in total.

Swiss Sixth Form Centre - Ipswich
ESH supplied and installed trace heating to perform the following duties: 

• To maintain a temperature of +65C on the hot water services pipework 
• To provide frost protection of the boosted cold water services pipework mounted externally on the roof

Legoland - Manchester 
The project scope here was to supply and install the trace heating system to provide frost protection to the MCWS pipework in unheated areas. 180m of FBT self regulating heating tape was required to complete the work.

Daniel Twaites Brewery - Blackburn
Supplied 140m of TFB constant wattage silicone insulated heating tape, to be used on caustic pipework.

Rhiwgoch WTW - Harlech
180m of type ESRS self regulating heating tape was supplied and installed to pipework across 10 different areas within this WTW.

Merton College - Oxford
Frost protection trace heating was supplied and installed to the colleges roof mounted cold water pipework.

Stafford Hospital
100m of type H2OWAT55 was supplied and installed to provide frost protection to external hot water pipework.

Nutwell Water Treatment Works

Both trace heating and thermal insulation was supplied and installed to provide frost protection to the sludge pumps & supernatant pumps and thermal insulation alone was fitted to the GAC wash water pipework and pumps.

South Cheshire College - Crewe
For this large project ESH supplied materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to provide frost protection to the following pipework: 

• Chilled water pipe - 404m in total over 5 zones
• Low pressure hot water - 996m of pipework in total

Sainsburys Supermarket - Wombourne
ESH supplied this project with 199m of type VC constant wattage cable.

Twycross Zoo - Atherstone
For this wild project ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect the external chilled water pipework.

MOD Corsham DCSA
As part of the Defence Communication Services Agency (DCSA) facelift, ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to maintain the DHWS pipework at +55°C within 3 accommodation blocks as well as the plant room.
