Yeovil District Hospital 
Scope of work was to design and supply materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to provide frost protection to a total of 231m pipework. The pipework included the external CHW and CWS pipes for the chiller replacement.

Primark Store - Chester
Before this new Primark opened ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system providing frost protection to the following:

• 4 & 2.5" O plastic chiller pipework, 90m
• 15mm O copper mains pipework, 40m
• 2" O steel HTG pipework, 75m

Loreto College - Manchester
ESH were contracted to add additional trace heating to the roof CHW & HTG pipework. 160m of WinterTrace constant wattage trace heating tape was supplied and installed.

Fleetwood WWTW
Supplied and installed 470m of FBT self regulating trace heating tape to provide frost protection to the external plastic pipework.

European Centre For Medium Weather Forecasts - Reading
For this project ESH supplied and installed trace heating to perform the duty of frost protection to the chilled water pipework within the chiller areas.

Dundee Hospital Treatment Unit
Supplied materials and labour to install the trace heating system to maintain the DHWS at a temperature of 55°C. 400m of H2OWAT55 was required within the hospitals new treatment unit.

Abbey Town WWTW
Provided the trace heating system to perform the duty of frost protection to 12m of metal pipework. Supply and install.

RAF Odiham - Hampshire

100m of H2OWAT55 self limiting heating tape was supplied and installed to the DHWS pipework to maintain a temperature of +55°C.

Harrogate South WWTW
Supplied and installed trace heating and lagging to the centrifuge feed pumps and associated pipework.

Environmental Agency Office - Launceston

Within this office ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system providing frost protection to 100m of 2" Ø plastic pipework.

Toyota Manufacturing UK - Burnaston

The project scope within this vehicle manufacturing plant was to supply and install trace heating and thermal lagging to maintain a temperature of up to +30°C above the minimum ambient temperature, on two liquid adhesive pipe systems.

South Cheshire College - Crewe
For our second project at this site, ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system to maintain the DHWS pipework for the nursery hot water at a temperature of +55°C and to periodically raise the temperature temperature to +65°C. We installed 100m of H2OWAT65 to complete the system.

Samlesbury Aerodrome - Blackburn
ESH were contracted to extend the trace heating system which we installed late 2009 by an extra 25m, to frost protect the cooling water diesel pump pipework.

60 Treadneedle Street - London
For this building with its nine storeys of office accommodation totalling 19,900 square metres, ESH supplied and installed trace heating to provide frost protection to the external fuel oil pipework. A total of 120m of pipe from 15mm to 80mm in size was protected, including 25m of pipe which was stripped and retraced.

Creech St Michaels Children Centre - Somerset
Supplied type H2OWAT55 self limiting tape to temperature maintain hot water pipework.

Clinton Cards Head Office - Loughton 
650m of type VC constant wattage heating tape was supplied and installed to provide frost protection to the 6" steel sprinkler pipework.

Torquay Community College
Supplied 200m of type ESRS self limiting heating tape to this redevelopment project.
